Viken Agro Ltd is committed to offering competitive prices while ensuring the highest product quality. For contracts exceeding a three-month term, prices are subject to review every three months after signing. This periodic review allows us to adjust for fluctuations in product costs, exchange rates, and operational expenses, ensuring fair and sustainable pricing throughout the agreement.
For customers requesting Certificates of Analysis (COA), samples can be sent directly to you for independent testing or to a laboratory of your choice for analysis. Please note that the cost of this analysis is covered by the customer. The results will be sent directly to you, with Viken Agro Ltd in copy. COAs are tailored to each customer’s requirements based on the chosen laboratory and analysis method.
Initial Payment: A 30% upfront payment of the contract price per shipment is due upon signing the supply contract. This payment must be made before any goods are shipped for each respective shipment.
Final Payment via Letter of Credit (L/C): The remaining 70% of the contract price per shipment will be secured by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) issued in favor of Viken Agro Ltd by the buyer’s bank. The L/C must be issued within 5 days of the contract signing and receipt of the initial payment for each shipment. This L/C must be advised to Viken Agro Ltd through a bank designated by us, using the appropriate SWIFT code. Order processing will begin once the designated bank confirms and advises Viken Agro Ltd of the L/C. The L/C should be payable at sight, with the 70% balance released immediately upon presentation of compliant shipping documents covering 100% of the contract price for each shipment.
Free on Board (FOB): Viken delivers goods onto the buyer’s vessel, with risk passing to the buyer once on board.
Cost and Freight (CFR): Viken covers transport to the destination port; risk passes to the buyer once goods are on the vessel.
Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF): Viken covers transport and insurance to the destination port; risk passes once goods are on the vessel.

Our average lead time for deliveries to various regions are as follows:
Africa: 4-5 weeks
Asia: 5-6 weeks
Europe: 4-5 weeks
North America: 6-8 weeks
South America: 6-8 weeks
Australia: 6-9 weeks
These lead times represent the typical duration from order confirmation to the delivery of goods at the destination port, subject to shipping schedules and customs clearance.
